What i’ve witnessed is when women focus on lifting weights, keeping the intensity high, and with minimum cardio, results happen. Obviously this approach to exercise needs to be partnered with a balanced diet.

what could you achieve?
I have learnt to eat better. When advised to up my protein and veg, I did. I feel less hungry, so less snacking! I’m also less bloated.
I’ve enjoyed lifting heavier weights and have lost 1.5 stone over the last 6 months.
I am 60yrs old
I’ve always wanted a stronger and more toned upper body. Especially my arms on show in the summer months!
I now really enjoy lifting weights and understand how lifting heavy really helps get results.
